Maintain performance for online marketing and revenue stream in Sales and Marketing Division. Perform in re-setup market segment, rates structure and re-branding for Ambhara Hotel.

Monitoring performance of sales catering and sales group in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly andyearly basis, to be in line with corporate goal and individual target. Bi-weekly audit for sales catering and sales group to track the performance of the account and bookings.Coordinate with Director of Marketing, Director of Sales and Director of Revenue for weekly performance of sales catering and sales group and review it on revenue meeting.

Monitor and maintain revenue from the room perspective and reservations activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Coordinate with Director of Sales & Marketing, Financial Controller and General Manager to produce a yearly budget projection.Control and monitor daily activities at reservation and e-commerce for online reservation.Develops and uses analytically tools and system to maximize revenue and profit. Critiques salesStrategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.Pre-opening team management prepares a budget and goals for The Atanaya Hotel, Bali.

Ensure hotel operation running smoothCoordinate with Housekeeping to ensure all room were ready to sell with a perfect condition. “Perfect Room” Program.Coordinate with Engineering to ensure all equipment and maintenance for hotel rooms, electricity, water and all related machinery are running to support daily operation.Coordinate with security to ensure the standard and safety for guest and employee keep above the bar level.
