Je décide de démarrer ma carrière dans le conseil RH, puis, un Master RH en poche, sur des postes de Généraliste RH (GRH, DRH).2010 : je décide de me spécialiser dans mon domaine de prédilection, le talent management.Au sein d'entreprises en forte croissance (Cosmétique, Luxe, Retail), j'accompagne des centaines de Dirigeants et Managers dans leurs challenges de staffing, onboarding, formation, org design, team building, management, et bien sûr coaching. Je me forge progressivement la conviction qu'il n'y a rien de plus efficace qu'un coaching individuel de proximité et bienveillant réalisé par le Manager et/ou un Coach. J'étoffe chemin faisant mon expertise en management d'équipe (jusqu'à dix personnes) en m'efforçant de choisir, d'intégrer, de développer les membres de mon équipe de manière respectueuse, adulte, transparente et motivante.2017 : je crée WeCoach pour rassembler la « Dream WeTeam », une équipe de professionnels expérimentés, mixtes et complémentaires liés par le même esprit bienveillant et pragmatique.Nous avons depuis lors développé un portefeuille de plus de 20 clients, et opéré des centaines de missions de coaching et de formation, à Paris, en province, et dans les pays francophones.
