Working with and manipulating 'Big Data' to help solve engineering problems across the product range Projects in this role required a mixture of skills within data analysis, data engineering and data science with the combination of both back end data preparation and front end data visualisation.Tools used:-Back end development using SQL/ Python.-Front end development using Tableau/ Power Bi/ Python web app (Streamlit).Main project: Oil Sampling Dashboard-Looking into how oil evolution changes over time for test bed engines and engines within the field.-Created a data pipeline of pushing oil sampling data from different data sources to the Tableau Dashboard.- Providing the user with different alert level to monitor oil evolution within an engine's life.Other Projects:-Fault code analysis.-Population fleet analysis for certain countries.-Creating a Streamlit UI to allow user to edit the data behind a Tableau dashboard.

Completed engine validation tests through organising engine setup, testing + data acquisition and analysis of the Perkins engine rangeProjects:-Extended machine cycle testing.-Environmental testing.-Tilt testing.-Noise and Vibration.The projects gave me responsibility of test ownership, opportunity of collaborating with so many individuals in different periods of testing and completing technical presentations covering each engine test.

Projects:Electric car:• Designing radiator mounting position for the EV car following a design process and considering design criteria and FSUK regulations.Internal combustion car:• Designing a skeleton pattern of both sidepods and the bonnet of the IC vehicle which were then made using MDF pieces to be filled in with foam to create the composite mould. Gained knowledge of composite manufacturing and the process of preparing mould when visiting MPM (local composites company) to prepare the nosecone pattern.• Designing harness belt mounts using sheet metal feature on Solid Works.• Creating SolidWorks drawings of aerodynamic sub-team components of the IC vehicle for the cost report.
