Helped train new hires and participated in the coaching program by being on standby to answer difficult questions that were asked, so that the customer received quick and accurate answers by my coworkers. Transferred to Data Resources 1999 to help with insurance companies to correct or troubleshoot their data reporting problems. I became project lead in charge of data collection. Lead a project move carriers from hardcopy, magnetic tape cartridges and other manual types of electronic media to one standard of data submission. Created business requirements & test cases as project lead on various infrastructure and data collection projects.I am currently part of the Indemnity Operations where we are collecting a new data call. The duties also include interpretations on the rules for reporting workers compensation insurance statistical and claim data. This would also include certification testing, troubleshooting their data reporting issues that come up from the Customer Service Center. I also contact carriers that are not meeting the data quality standards that NCCI requires of its affiliates. I make sure that these calls are made in a timely and professional manner, making sure my answers are accurate. I am member of the committee that plans the Boca Raton MS Walk since 2005. The reason the MS Walk is important to me my wife Dale, she has Multiple Sclerosis; Dale’s symptoms have got worse over last year or two and the treatments are very limited in her case. I support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s mission and goals by participating in the MS Walk by raising funds for their cause.
