The Risk Data Aggregation program was a two year $100MM regulatory initiative, delivering tools and capabilities for the bank to ensure regulatory risk reports are complete, accurate and timely. I was selected to manage the 75-person technology team after proven performance aligning the data team to the business goals. My team stood-up enterprise tooling in alignment with the program’s objectives.
