Working as HR Manager at Valeo, I was responsible for the involvement of personnel, the management and development of structure personnel, training, communication, recruitment, administration and payroll services on behalf of 2 divisions represented at the site (AFT, OEM).

My position as a Consultant at Take it taught me a great deal about opening and maintaining contacts with clients, preparing offers and pitches, consultative selling, and negotiating prices and conditions of cooperation. I lead individual recruitment projects for various positions’ types and levels, learned how to staff projects, and how to cooperate in preparing, organizing, and conducting assessments. This was invaluable training for my further career in the world of HR and consulting.
