- Initial Food Safety Assessment of the usage of wood chips in wine-making during ageing.- Literature review compiling the reported substances present in wine that are released from wood during the wine-making process.- Risk Assessment of 20 compounds based on three approaches (ADI/TDI, TTC, MOS)

▪ Ensure regulatory compliance with national regulatory requirements and corporate standards for product formulation and labels in the Gums & candies business unit.▪ Coordinating, developing, and approving product declaration claims.▪ Support for R&D, Marketing, and Quality by providing scientific & regulatory advice.▪ Member of the Latin America Task Force for GMOs.

▪ Ensure regulatory compliance with national regulatory requirements and corporate standards for the Biscuits business unit. Including ingredients, product formulations and labels.▪ Internal collaboration within the team to monitor regulatory changes, define impact of new regulations to the business, and communicate to different areas.▪ Support to R&D, Marketing and Quality by providing regulatory advice.▪ HACCP team member of the Biscuits business unit▪ Monitor the Pest Control Program of the R&D Tech Centre.

▪ Update of raw material and finished product specifications to support the implementation of a new specification system.▪ Support on raw materials regulatory evaluation, and on the elaboration of labelling specifications for different business units (e.g., gums & candies and biscuits).
