As a design intern at Prisma Lab, the innovation laboratory of TCE-PE, I had the opportunity to work on projects focused on creating digital experiences and innovative events. My activities were centered on UX Design and directly contributed to the development of solutions that drive digital transformation.My main responsibilities included:Participating in the design and development of minisites, creating intuitive and functional interfaces to meet user needs;Collaborating on innovation events, assisting in the creation of visual materials and planning participant-centered experiences;Applying user-centered design methodologies to ensure solutions were effective, accessible, and aligned with the laboratory's goals;Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive initiatives that connect technology, creativity, and social impact.This experience allowed me to refine practical UX Design skills, such as prototyping, user research, and usability analysis, while strengthening my adaptability and innovation in a dynamic and challenging environment.

I worked in an academic space dedicated to the development of design projects, focusing on Graphic Design. During this period, I developed essential skills in the creative process and client relationships, including:Client engagement and information gathering through detailed briefings to understand and interpret project requirements;Development of design methodologies to structure and execute projects efficiently and strategically;Creation of graphic pieces that meet specific demands, aligning functionality and aesthetics.This experience provided me with a solid foundation to work collaboratively and strategically, while strengthening my ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

I actively contributed to the financial area, developing essential skills in accounting processes and internal controls. My main activities included:Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, as well as reconciliation and analysis of bank statements;Supporting the accounting and fiscal closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial information;Monitoring and assisting in the management of the company's internal controls, contributing to organizational efficiency.This experience enhanced my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a dynamic and results-driven environment.
