The intervention focuses on agricultural assets: roads, lands, water pools, and water pipelines rehabilitation in Salfit and Jericho governorates’ selected communities in addition to supporting and establishing income generating activities.• Managing another two HF projects with budget over than half a million Dollars.• The project management activities include, but not limited to, the following: project community committees formulation, beneficiaries’ selection, creation of selection criteria, verification of data, MoUs design, baseline surveys design, budgeting, managing donor, governmental, and local communities’ relations, pre-technical assessments, BoQs creation, procurement planning, follow up, and evaluation of bids, narrative reporting, monitoring & evaluation activities, managing sub-implementing partners, change management, financial forecasting, conducting site monitoring visits, etc.• Ensured active partner, governmental and local communities’ participation/inclusion/accountability in key project decisions and in monitoring project activities’ implementation.• Coordinated the work of project field engineers, rural development officers, and social workers throughout the project phases.• Managed several cost/non-cost project revisions/changes with donors/stakeholders.• Led many project review meetings with donors and steering committees.• Built strong relationships with partners, local community councils, and concerned Gov. departments to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.• Evaluation of alternatives while ensuring to stay aligned directly with the scope and objectives of the original project, as stated in the agreement with Donors.• Designed Baseline Surveys to be used for impact measurement. The logical frame included the progress indicators, baselines, targets, and means of verification. Developed a concept note for a pilot intervention funded by Dignity and it was accepted. Wrote two quarterly narrative reports for two projects funded by Save the Children and War Child Holland.
