Since 2021, I oversee all our operations as Assistant General Manager.

In 2014, I got promoted to Marketing and Business Development Manager and I have led our in-house and outsourced commercial product development and management since then. I build strategy and roadmaps for innovative mobile marketing and value-add products. I oversee our Sales Department in market intelligence, follow-up of new products and services developed by GSM operators and other service providers, and launching and dissemination of products and services to our corporate customers. I also manage national mobile marketing campaigns’ design, optimisation and reporting with advertising budgets of TRY 0,5M to 5M. A key aspect of my role is key stakeholder management. I manage all our national and international commercial partnerships with GSM operators, service/technology providers, marketing agencies, A2P messaging service providers, and more. I negotiate deals and manage our contracting process working with our Legal Department and oversee client onboarding with our Customer Services Department.

Over the last decade, I have been leading all customer facing functions at the award-winning A2P messaging service provider and mobile marketing agency, Codec. Starting as Key Accounts Manager, I orchestrated after sales support and customer tailored technical product developments, managed key account customers for long-term success along with creating upselling and crossselling opportunities.

I managed the regulatory compliance of the bank’s all existing and new products, services, and campaigns as well as managing the relationship of the bank with supervisory and regulatory authorities in the financial services sector. I prepared quarterly and annual reports for the Audit Committee of the bank and the shareholders. I oversaw the handling process of customer complaints coming through financial conduct authorities.

I contributed to planning, rating tracking and editing of in-house TV programmes as a Management Trainee at the Television Programmes Department for the international network’s Turkish division.
