Expense Officer- maintaining general ledger , posting expenses vouchers, reconciliation on petty cash account on a weekly basis

Finance & Admin Officer:Reconciliation of Bank Statement, Working with external auditors during audit exercise, Assist in the preparation & submission of invoices on a monthly basis, Raise journals on customer's invoices, Post vouchers ,Receive vendor invoices & make necessary payments when due, Maintain inventory files, Prepare purchase order.
