Filling in as a Regional Creative Director on contract to work with and lead teams in the Phibious network across ASEAN Region. I was Based out of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, I strategically elevated the creative output across the network in Indonesia, Cambodia & Myanmar, expanded the business done with current clients at the time and actively pitched and won new business opportunities.I oversaw work done for Uber Vietnam, Chang, Orion (Gouté, Chocopie), sunquick, Vietnamobile.

Regional Creative Director for JWT Hong Kong mainly on the Ferrero Rocher, Mattel, Fisher-Price and Thomas & friends business, responsible for overseeing work done across Asia Pacific. (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore). I worked closely & regularly reported to the CCO of JWT HK and the regional APAC CCO, reviewing regional work and making sure high creative standards were maintained.In working at JWT Hong Kong I successfully worked with and mobilized diverse, multinational & multilingual creative teams based locally and across the APAC region. I championed innovative brand experiences and upheld best-in-class marketing communications and content strategy for creative campaigns. During my first month there, I was responsible for leading a pitch, effectively winning the regional APAC Ferrero Business.I also managed local Hong Kong clients such as 1010 Telecom, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Playtex.

At Hill Holliday I was recruited from Canada to work on Dunkin Donuts, Merrell, Bank of America, (RED), Cigna Health Insurance and multiple Pharma clients on a national U.S. Level. In this leadership role, I worked with and managed multiple creative teams (including design, copy, art direction, UI/UX, motion graphics).One of the challenges of this role that I successfully overcame, was learning to creatively and strategically work 'within the box' especially on more traditional healthcare clients such as Cigna Health Insurance and the pharma business.I also was an instrumental part of winning a bigger chunk of the $1.5 billion advertising business for Bank of America, which led to increased creative responsibilities for Hill Holliday.
