- ensuring a continuous and correct flow in the operational transport system (air, ocean and truck)- processing shipments in accordance with internal rules and policies and customer instructions, in accordance with the procedures contained in the operations manual, as well as in accordance with external government regulations

- answering calls from the technical support line - ensuring a minimum response time to customer calls -quick identification of the situation / technical problem exposed by the client -if the problem cannot be solved by phone, assign it to the relevant department or manager.

Payment team- opening incoming scanned invoices/ T&E in workflow tool - checking the supplier/ employee data and details in the system- entering correct data into workflow tool performing online checks as specified in the process- communicating and clarifying with suppliers ( including correspondence and communication with suppliers )- closing of accounts for the month and performance of due diligence as per guidelines

- taking pictures to children who participate to different kindergarten activities ;- planning and organizing daily tasks ;- informing parents about child activities during the classroom by sending them messages ;- creating a database in Excel and in a platform ;- answer telephone calls to assist computer users encountering problems .
