SME in SAP implementation project:- Leading operational part of full transition between 2 systems- Daily progress meetings - Provide trainings of new ways of working for team members - Deliver project according to agreed timetable- Create and conduct various test scenarios to check full functionality- Take part in several User Acceptance Tests before final implementation- Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for all processes

- Manage and execute general accounting processes- Execution of core financial processes (billing, accounting, recordings, bookkeeping, amortizations etc)- Client relationship management- Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts- Preparing Expats cross charges- Performing month closing activities- Preparing analysis related to WHT - Revaluation clean up- Managing of Intercompany Agreements

- Ensure data accuracy - Analyze financial information- Support monthly, quaterly and annual close processes- Processing of incoming invoices for Group Companies- Group Company’s accounts reconciliation (WIP tool)- Fixed Assets management (sale, creation, scrapping)- Issuing of outgoing invoices for Group Companies

- Budget calculation and expenses plan preparation - Monitoring administrative costs of social benefits programs- Preparation of reports for Finance Department- Monthly training module delivery

- Check correctness of invoices according to tax, accounting and company rules- Contact suppliers, handling agents and airports to clarify discrepancies- Audit incoming invoices- Set up new tool for invoice control team (ICP Almira)- Conduct various test scenarios to check full functionality of a new tool- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures- Daily progress meetings

- Approving finished products by confirming specifications- Cooperation with SQA department and external suppliers- Analysis and control of PDCA/FTA
