Manager with many years' experience, specilizing in communications, marketing, customer experience and CSR.With over 20 years experience, I spent my professional life in private and public companies, both Polish and international ones. Having in-depth communication expertise in banking, I have also worked for other sectors (i.e. industrial, transport, private equity), while co-owning the PR/IR consultancy.I have prepared, supervised or/and led a number of projects, among others: rebranding, organizational structure changes (together with reduction in employment), new business strategies, arrival of new CEO's, IT systems implementations, new values implementation, big sponsorships in culture and sports areas, public offerings, volunteering, advertising and social media campaigns.
Being keen to contribute to new challenges and opportunities, I often come up with novel solutions to problems. I am creative with lots of internal energy. I like to look at things from a broad perspective. Having big picture in mind, I organise ideas to action plans and at the same time I work to remove obstacles to attain goals. I believe that as a leader I encourage and support autonomy and provide opportunities for creativity, openness and effectiveness.I am the author, co-creator as well as volunteer (for 6 years) of the educational, social campaign "Bank with Class", supporting schools in educating the youngest pupils in banking, finance and entrepreneurship.
