As an office manager i am responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. this includes the organising of people, information and other resources .i must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively .

My role requires me to deal with the day to day planning of vehicles and drivers into Royal Mail Centres and our extensive list of customers, Dealing with any Problems we may also have with our customers VIA direct contact with them to resolve their issues.This involves me planning our drivers FTE and Agency to do these runs taking into account working time directive and driving time.
