Rpo Team Leader
Current- Effectively managing recruitment projects and coordinating efforts between the recruitment team and other departments;- Leading and motivating teams of 5 to 18 people (Lead Recruiters, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and HR Coordinators) in the EMEA region;- Providing recruitment expertise to the team and ensuring high quality of the service; - Monitoring team’s KPIs and managing continuous process improvements; - Recruiting, training and mentoring new employees;- Initiating and implementing procedural changes and customized workflow;- Problem-solving and critical situation management;- Conducting Quarterly Business Review sessions and supporting employees' development path,- Acting as a stand-in for the Delivery Manager, responsible for maintaining client relationships in our RPO system, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction with our services.
