I am the founder and head of Dharma project (from 2021)- a company whose mission is to support women in their development and build an effective female community to help women achieve their personal and business goals. I am the second woman in Poland (right after the Minister of Digital Affairs) to successfully launch an equity crowdfunding campaign with my business, achieving success ahead of time, uniting over 80 investors (85% of whom are women), and selling shares worth over half a million zlotys.Proudly can say that I am the first person in the country to organize crowdfunding for a Simple Joint-Stock Company (Prosta Spółka Akcyjna).I am the co-founder and I was Managing Director (2015-2021) of the international, global organization Cambridge Innovation Center in Warsaw (CIC Warsaw). CIC started in 1999 in the USA with a vision and a simple idea: "Startups make the world much better. We can help them by setting up and managing their office for them so they can focus on their business." CIC started operations in Warsaw in May 2020 in the highest building in Europe - Varso Place.In recent years, I realized my potential as Manager in Business Link Warszawa (2011-2015), a project run by Polska Przedsiębiorcza [Enterprising Poland]. AIP Business Link is the business accelerator for startups in Poland. The Warsaw region managed by me was the biggest and fastest-growing base for the whole Poland-wide network.I am also a certified coach of the global company Persolog®. I specialize in creating and conducting customized training designed to build business competence, such as efficient capturing of new customers, effective sales, customer service standards, team communication, and negotiation.Between 2008 and 2011, I acquired professional experience representing renowned financial institutions like Lukas Bank S.A and Expander Advisors Sp. z o.o. I received many awards for impressive results in sales of investment services and fostering long-term customer relationships.My motto: Innovation is no magic. It's a SKILL.
