- Independent maintaining of purchasing processes for direct (packaging materials) and indirect (non-production materials, services) purchases- Conducting negotiations and establishing terms of cooperation with suppliers- Effective management of purchasing strategies- Conducting savings projects- Optimizing purchasing processes and supervising their implementation- Procecuting tenders for, among others: purchase of utilities (gas, energy), comprehensive waste disposal, catering services, cleaning services- Supervising and reviewing cooperation, transport and service agreements with suppliers at the stage of their creation, negotiation and implementation- Developing indirect purchasing procedures for the entire organization- Developing indirect purchase model contracts- Keeping a company-wide register of contracts- Supporting other departments of the organization in obtaining and analyzing offers and negotiations, including greenfield investments- Creating reports and price statements as well as presentation of results, documentation of purchasing procedures- Organizing and conducting meetings with external contractors- Maintaining the existing and establishing new relationships with suppliers- Updating of price lists in internal systems, creating new indexes, checking the correctness of invoices- Material category managing, ongoing response to changes introduced by the organization or supplier
