Further coordination and development of the processes designed and implemented as Coordinator (described below); Design, implementation and on-going development of the key risks analysis process, which covers risks identified by each entity in PZU Group, including emerging and sustainability risks;Design and implementation of a remediation plan for PZU Group as well as its regular updates;Design, implementation and on-going development of the risk concentration reporting process compliant with Solvency II as well as conglomerate requirements. Design and coordination of scenario analysis for climate related risks in accordance with the EIOPA opinion;Since 02.2023: coordination and development of the market risk management process, including KRIs monitoring and reporting, ALM risks, stress tests.

Risk DepartmentDevelopment of the consistent group risk management system, including the group policy and guidelines for solo entities;Active participation in Solvency II project for PZU Group and its solo entities, including close cooperation with an external advisor and auditors;Design and implementation of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process covering the following risk categories: market risk, credit risk, concentration risk, underwriting risk, operational risk, non-quantifiable risks;Coordination of the ORSA process at the group and solo level, including cooperation with several departments in order to obtain the required data and information; Close cooperation with internal auditors assessing the ORSA report each year;Design and maintenance of the quantitative tool to assess forward-looking capital adequacy in base and stress scenarios;Providing input in terms of risk assessment and solvency position to the financial planning process; Risk and solvency forecasts in strategic M&A projects;Group supervision over the risk management system at solo entities, including participation in risk committees and supervisory boards meetings as well as validation of implementation of the group risk management standards;Development of the PZU Group reporting standards in the risk management area, i.e. disclosed solvency and financial condition report, undisclosed regular supervisory report, listed company disclosures.

Internal Models UnitMember of EIOPA Internal Models Committee (since September 2012 coordinating the activities carried out by the PFSA), i.a. involved in development of the Solvency II regulatory framework, including negotiations on EU solutions consistent with the position of the PFSA;Participation in European colleges of supervisors – coordination of cooperation between the PFSA and other national competent authorities and representing the PFSA at meetings and on-site visits;Development of Solvency II standards for the Polish insurance market, in particular in terms of a risk management process, an internal model governance process, validation and use test; Assessment of the implementation of the requirements concerning the aforementioned processes; Representing the PFSA at seminars and workshops for supervisors and market participants in the framework of CEDUR, TIFS, TAIEX.

Marketing Intelligence UnitDevelopment of the management information system in terms of portfolio structure, market trends and related markets development;Coordination of the Mystery Shopping project – cooperation with a research agency and coordination of trainees work; Data analysis and market forecasts in the Mid-Term Planning process.
