I am a sophomore in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management on the Entrepreneurship track with a collateral in International Business and a minor in Retail and Consumer Sciences. I have always been restorative and sought out to solve the obstacles that come in my way. In a past internship as a social media manager, I solved the technological issues and ended up bringing the company more engagement online. My colleagues respected my calm manner in the issue. I also find inclusion as one of my strengths by using everyone in my community to help me brainstorm and change the issues that are needed to change. I find this value very important because inclusion plays a big role in equality and that is what the business world should strive toward. My career goal is to start my own real estate firm in a city in Tennessee. I am intrigued on how the market works and want to use my skills to help people find their dream home. I want everyone to achieve their dream life, and I can help them by finding a home. I have lived in Tennessee since I was born and feel so close to the people that live here, so I feel like it is my duty to help them achieve their dream.
