Assumed the lead in collaborating with clients to implement multi-cohort programs for leaders in local universities and global insurance companies, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client needs. I regularly implement regional programs, traveling onsite to manage operations for our customized programs. I mentor and train new hires, helping them adjust to the processes and expectations of the role.

I oversee the operational and logistical process for open enrollment and customized leadership training programs in various formats (virtual, face-to-face, and hybrid). I collaborate with local and global teams to prepare programs for launch, actively managing project timelines as the main point of contact with various delivery teams, including facilitators, coaches, caterers, participants, videographers, and logistics providers, to ensure deadlines are met and programs run smoothly.
