*Internal Communications*- Developed an annual internal communications plan. I was responsible for planning strategies, monthly and weekly goals, building relationships with internal costumers, writing content and publishing it in up to six different platforms, including newsletters, news centres, corporate TV screens and news boards. - Led communication activities for new hires onboarding program developing welcome kits, translating and adapting content to local language and culture.- Coordinated the communications activities for a new employee program creating a visual identity, key messages and developing all communication materials such as invites, teasers, announcements, events, surveys and forms.*External Communications*- In collaboration with managers, I developed different marketing and communication materials related to products, such as brochures, folders, flyers and advertisings. I active listened to their needs and used strategic thinking to evaluate the best approach;- Supported creating a national customer magazine by suggesting stories, selecting photos, reviewing and proofreading the content.
