I am passionate about analyzing statistics, and planning for the future. My background in management and logistics skills enables me to be an important part of an organization.In my military career, I have experienced many different levels of leadership. As a junior enlisted soldier, I learned the importance of the lowest levels of an organization, and how to lead by example. As a non-commissioned officer I oversee our formal events to host 250+ people while managing finances and other planning to ensure a successful event. I also assist in maintaining the readiness status of the unit. These opportunities have taught me how to look at opportunities and issues through multiple different lenses before leaping to a conclusion. I have learned how to respectfully communicate with someone of higher authority. I intend to use my leadership, communication and management skills in the workplace to create a more efficient environment.
