Testing Applications Environment Team Manager
CurrentLeading the strategic direction of the environment team, across multiple projects and programs, in the disciplines of environment engineering.• Driving and co-ordinating the deployment of software and hardware changes whilst ensuring the consistency and availability of environments to support the existing projects portfolio.Day to day management of the IT Environment team incorporating effective coaching, mentoring and development opportunities• On-going development and evolution of key metrics and reporting mechanisms in order to monitor progress and overall team performance• Ownership of core policies, processes and standards including the development and maintenance of appropriate controls in order to identify and mitigate internal issues and/or risks•Ensure that all the team members are following the policies and processes.team according to the department objectives.•Defining appropriate policies and standards to be employed throughout the Testing Environment Management process.•Periodically auditing the Testing Management process to ensure compliance to policy and standards.•Reviewing opportunities for Testing Management process enhancements and for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.•Addressing issues with the running of the Testing Management process.•Assure the applications running in all environments are up and running during all testing activities.Accountable for all applications in terms of performance and stability.•Accountable for Maintaining the applications configurations and backbends.
