As Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Manab Sheba Foundation, I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the charity organization, which aimed to provide support and assistance to underprivileged families in times of need.Some of my key responsibilities included:Strategic Planning: Developed and implemented strategies for the growth and success of the organization, including fundraising, outreach, and community engagement initiatives.Resource Management: Managed the organization's resources, including staff, volunteers, and finances, to ensure that resources were being used effectively and efficiently.Program Development and Implementation: Designed and implemented programs to provide aid and support to families in need, including food distribution, clothing drives, and other life essentials.Partnership Development: Established and maintained partnerships with other organizations, businesses, and community leaders to expand the reach and impact of the organization.Through my work with Manab Sheba Foundation, I was able to help thousands of families in need and make a tangible difference in their lives. My experience in this role has given me a deep understanding of the importance of community engagement, effective resource management, and collaboration, and has equipped me with the skills and expertise necessary to succeed in a leadership role.
