Conducted TMS therapy for individuals battling treatment-resistant depression. Held the role of the Utah Lead Tech which oversaw all techs in the state of Utah(4 offices). This position consisted of conducting weekly/daily meetings, strategically approaching obstacles when presented in the sessions, feedback for audits, and helping better each tech in any areas needed. Also talked with the patients about the benefits of therapy and pushed for the practice of gratitude in the office. Emphasized on patient satisfaction to encourage the continuation of treatment to receive the best results with TMS therapy. Held the best graduation rate for TMS patients completing therapy in the entire company; which concluded that 92% of my patients (25) completed treatment.
