Yu Forest Reserve / Caves etc)ii) Collaborating with researchers in any aspect of the research, be it report write-ups, field-work or even accommodate students in the stationiii) Carry out own research, focusing on - lower canopy / arboreal fauna - Avifauna ( Hornbills and Ground-dwelling birds)iv) Engaging stakeholders in getting approvals and permits to carry out researchiv) Overseeing researchers well-being and progress on their research while being stationed in MRS-Conservation:i) Training subordinates, interns and volunteers in identifying animal signs, installing camera traps and looking for poaching signsii) Creating hotspots maps based on collected data (animals and encroachment) to push stakeholders for further actioniii) Planning and executing Forest patrol for the volunteers which act as deterrent to poachersiv) Preparing reports based on findings for the perusal of government, corporates, and in-house stakeholders-Community:i) Planning suitable syllabus for the project teachers in teaching Batek (Indigenous tribe) kids as well as the local Malayii) Engaging with relevant stakeholders in terms of helping and developing the local community in various living aspectiii) Engaging with local schools and villagers in the planning and executions to create various relevant programs which benefit both the company and especially the communityiv) Creating a fundraising event to gather enough money for the development of the school and training local Batek teachers.
