• Managing the overall affairs and ensuring the efficient execution of the Forum’s administration, including planning & preparation of policies, procedures, proposals & reports• Develop, Plan & Execute the Forum’s Plans & Strategies and provide leadership & direction to Secretariat members• Develop, Maintain and improve relations with all relevant stakeholders, including government departments/agencies, regulatory authorities, industry players and, but not limited to, civil society.

• Management and coordination of bilateral/multilateral cooperation/collaboration in ICT • Management and coordination of inter-state/agency cooperation/collaboration in ICT • Planning and management of ICT stakeholder engagement and consultation • Planning, management and coordination of ICT-enablement related activities/programs

• Identify target audience for awareness programs and develop, organize, and deliver outreach awareness programs nationwide • To work directly with public and organizations and if possible intermediaries to achieve objectives • Develop a strategic and operational plan for nationwide rollout and ensure coverage to targeted audience • Lead and guide Outreach team

• Planning of and Strategising on Smart Partnership Movement activities and the coordination of all networking and regional activities of member countries and international organisations including communications strategy and promotional activities. • Planning and Development of Smart Partnership International Dialogue activities, particularly the management and coordination of Dialogue program and content. • Liaison officer for CEO and Chairman of CPTM Ltd with government and international organisations.

◦ Responsible to develop, execute, coordinate and manage MSC Malaysia marketing plans and strategies in facilitating the growth of MSC Malaysia Companies through market research and intelligence, both domestic and international, inbound and outbound ◦ Responsible for preparation of reports, proposals, presentations and research papers for the Senior Management of MDeC as well as reports and papers for the Board of MDeC. ◦ Responsible to develop, execute, coordinate and manage Marketing & Branding GlobalReach Programmes in facilitating the growth of MSC Malaysia Companies through promotions, market channels, industry/government partnerships and collaboration activities in increasing market share of MSC Malaysia products and services, both domestic and international ◦ Facilitation of Market Access and Partnership initiatives with focus on inbound "buying" and outbound "selling" missions as well as ad-hoc request to position and to promote MSC Malaysia products globally. ◦ Identify and coordinate opportunities for collaboration on promotion, development and support programmes and activities with Industry Partners and other partnerships where required e.g. PIKOM, NEF, TeAM, MATRADE, Wisma Putra, MIDA, OIC network
