• Experience in Engineering Design in the field of “Rotating Equipment’s -Vertical Turbine Pumps” and “Liquid Ring Vacuum pumps / Liquid Ring Compressors”.• Providing end-to-end design-engineering support to engineering, production and application departments of Business units.• Worked with R&D team in Germany for developing new size liquid ring compressor as per API 681 standard and supported the team with various design, product engineering activities and technical documentation.• Involved in design review to ensure the product meets the requirements as per API standard. • Providing 3D-Models and 2D drawings for pumps and compressors, which are used for pattern making, casting and machining purposes using Pro-Engineer Wildfire 4.0, Unigraphics NX 8.5 and Autodesk Inventor 2012.• Preparation and review of Cross Sectional Drawings and General Arrangement drawings based on customer requirement as per ANSI/API Standards. • Creation of 100% hydraulically accurate 3D models of Impeller, Casing, Bowl and related pump components for pattern making and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Pro-Engineer 4.0/ Creo 3.0, Autodesk Inventor 2012 Software’s. • Basic understanding on Reed Critical Frequency performed for Vertical Turbine Pumps at pump run speed, which causes the pump to vibrate.• Providing support on analysis such as stress, Hydro test, Lifting and Nozzle load analysis on the compressor to understand the stress areas and deformations using ANSYS 18.0 and preparing the detailed reports.• Basic understanding of International Standards and codes used for Rotating Equipment design (ASME/ANSI, API).• Providing technical support to Business Units. • Responsible for creating technical inputs for customer submittals such as user and service instructions for various Liquid ring vacuum pumps and liquid ring compressors.• Creation of detailed assembly and disassembly instructions for the liquid ring vacuum pump and liquid ring compressors.

1. Created 3D Models using Pro Engineer 4.0 for “Self-Loading Mobile Concrete Mixers” (ARGO1000-1 CU.M) and Articulated Dumpers (DX 20 and DX 25 - 2 and 2.5Tonn Capacity).2. Developed models and design using the conceptual inputs and customer feedbacks.3. Created 2D drawings for Self-Loading Mobile Concrete Mixers and Articulated Dumpers for the prototype and pilot batch production, which are used for manufacturing the product.4. Created Part drawings, detailed drawings, Assembly Drawings for Self-Loading Mobile Concrete Mixers and Articulated Dumpers, which are useful for assembling the machine.5. Application of “GD&T” for the critical items, so that the component to be within the tolerance zone, such that to avoid the “failure of the components”.6. Creation of detailed “BILL OF MATERIAL” for the “Mobile Concrete Mixers” and “Articulated Dumpers” for proper routing and for proper planning of the product and to define the structure of the product.7. Creation of “Engineering Change Notice (ECN’s)” for the existing products based on the feedbacks from production and quality team so that to improve the quality of the product using SAP (PLM) package.8. Searching the alternative source with the same technical specifications and developing the components for “Value Engineering” for better cost reduction opportunities.
