As a member of the MLab team at Reed College, I collaborated on the creation of Data at Reed, a website with instructions and tutorials for basic data usage and visualization in R.I regularly assist both students and faculty with data visualization and analysis in R. I use QGIS to facilitate map creation and spatial analysis for class assistance as well as faculty and student projects.

My team and I developed and documented a reproducible methodology to assess individual tree health and dieback in an urban environment using remote sensing, providing a foundation for ongoing refinement and expansion of these datasets and this novel approach.
