I am responsible of the activities for the preparation of the strategic plan and of annual targets together with the strategic analysis of M&A projects.I am heading up a team of 5 colleagues in charge for the preparation of the strategic planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Preparation of a SWOT analysis and market positioning assessment of all business units in favour of the Board of Directors2. Supporting management in the strategic review of the partnership with Be-Eng among the tech space;3. Updating of illimity’s strategic plan 2021-2025;4.
