Brief Responsibilities• Design, Installation, maintenance and administration support of the 7 x 24 Data Center and Data Recovery Center operations, including the Data Center facilities, the Backup System, Documentation, Call Tree, and SOP.• Design, Installation and administration support of enterprise Windows 2003 Server Active Directory, Windows Exchange 2003, DNS, DHCP, Fire Wall (ISA Server 2006, Cisco PIX Firewall & Check Point), Symantec Anti Virus, TrendMicro Antivirus, IMSS TrendMicro, Multiplatform Server and OS, Symantec Backup Exec system.• Resolve issues regarding operations, resolves error messages and ensure minimum downtime for the business. • Manage, monitoring and troubleshooting all of Infrastructure on DC.• Provide and maintenance IT policy and IT standard operating procedure.• Evaluate the effectiveness and staff performance of user requirements as well as technical resources.• Coordinate with other managers to integrate projects with other administration and support initiatives• Experienced in most system platforms: Windows Server 2003, XP, SAP System, AIX, HP-UX, Cisco Router and Switch.
