I believe that you can achieve any goal with effort and hard work.I love challenges because they are a great opportunity for growth and improvement. I try to learn not only from my achievements but also from my mistakes. During my course of studies, I had the privilege to lead different teams and from that experience I had the chance to improve my communication skills and learned the importance of giving and receiving feedback and implementing actions based on it. I am very curious and that lead me to learn new things regarding technology, crypto and other subjects, most of them doing my own research on the internet in a proactive way.At this stage of my career, I'm taking all the opportunities to develop my analytical skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork abilities, taking advantage of my motivation and my growth mindset.
