Annual shutdown activities such as working specification, planning, budget, spare parts and manpower arrangement.7. Developing new processes and method to improve maintenance method and standard8. Technical & safety training for foreman, technician and contractors.9. Modification of plant equipment and piping to improve productivity and quality under capital expenditure projects10. Plan and prepare schedule for hoist crane inspection and servicing with 3rd party inspection company as preparation for DOSH inspection.11. Prepare preventive maintenance activity for non process equipment and machinery such as material handling equipment (MHE), hoist crane, chain block, sling belt and etc.Projects involved / Achievements:1. Completion of steam tube dryer STD bush replacement activity during ASD 2021. Support (Japanese interpreter) remote OEM (TSK) supervisor during actual work. Works within schedule & budget.2.
