And also make sure that MC is complying with current operation.* Address all the global compliance issue * Make sure that all the contracts are comply with Starwood standard.* Drive and share hotel KPI’s goal to excom member and key dept head * Prepare and supervise of processing yearly Operating Budget.* Build and maintain good relation with the Owner.* Prepare and submit monthly reports both to Starwood and Owner, make sure that the report are concise, comprehensive, accurate and timely.* Monitor business results and provide analysis to meet hotel requirements.* Evaluate the impact of business decisions where necessary.* Liaise with the General Manager regarding potential opportunities and threats so as to be proactive in addressing changes in the Hotel’s environment.* Practice effective balance sheet management and ensure reconciliations are completed monthly.* Practice effective cash flow management and communicate all significant cash flows to the Owners on a regular basis.* Assist in developing Department Heads so that they may take more responsibility for forecasting their department’s operating and financial performance.* Evaluate associates performance; analyze training and developmental needs, including annual completion of performance appraisals.* Conduct monthly P&L meeting to share monthly result to dept head. * Conduct regularly Capex meeting * Conduct quarterly Communication meeting with all associates share the quarterly result.* Conduct Monthly Credit Meeting
