o Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations for marketing purpose.o Maintaining follow ups schedule with prospective customers.o Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions; o Providing some training Courses in the BA, Marketing Field & Customer Service.o Planning and execution of events & shows and keep track of marketing calendars.o Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and writing and proofreading copy; o Social Marketing through Facebook, twitter, flicker and bloggers etc.

o Marketing Department (2009 - 2010):Responsible For:• Assist Marketing Department in the annual marketing plan.• Enhance engagement; encouraging online community sign ups and website visits.• Social media updates/campaigns and profile management• Participate in many international exhibitions with our PR team (ex, Hall University, and Social Ministry).• Provide assistance for the Production of marketing materials and brochures, and negotiation with the Printer and publishers on production Cost.• Liaise closely with the graphic teams on design layout for brochure production.• Update the customer's database and the mailing list.o Internship Department ( 2008 – 2009 ):Responsible For:• Provide guidance and support to 60-100 junior and senior advertising and PR students enrolled in the course each semester. • Develop the department’s internship for credit program to let Students implement their academic knowledge to practice. • Interact with employers from local & international Companies such as JWT, Syria & Mahajer, MTV, GCI, Syriatel, to procure internship opportunities for students and build long-term relationships between these Companies and the department.• Follow up the student's performance with different supervisors and dealing with different evaluation reports.
