Internship under department of Maintenance and Innovation Group (MIG). Handled various of cost saving project. One of them is Macobot Test Service Station. The objectives of the project are to setup the test station for Macobot robot and run the automated robot testing sequence. The job scope consists of hardware preparation, firmware writing, computer interfacing development and integration test. The second project is implant GSD controller. The objective of this project is to assist in assembly and controller installation inside production tools. The job scope consists of hardware preparation, firmware upload and installation inside fab. Besides also involved in SMED analysis for preventive maintenance (PM) jobs and also experienced in PCB design by using CAD tools. Last but not least, also knowledgeable in Advanced Process Control (APC) concept and how it worked.
