Treasury, reports to SVP, Finance.- Custodian of all of Khazanah's foreign currency cash balances and required to yield best available returns to the company whilst ensuring that principal is fully protected.- Monitors Fed fund and OPR rates closely and proposes internal view and cash strategy for the year.- Manages counterparty risks with all foreign banks.- Ensure company could cater for any outgoing payments and consistently maintain an optimal cash balance through managing both Treasury and Funding levers such as deposits, debt maturities, and short-term drawdowns.- Ensure cost of carry of the organisation is minimized.- Explore digitisation avenues in the Treasury and Finance field in order to improve efficiency and enhance work experience.- Led and executed a Power BI dashboard that captures all of our historical touchpoints with any banking institutions- Explore ESG criterion that could be implemented within Finance department or through products we explore with the banks.

Treasury and Corporate Finance, reports to Head of Treasury. Treasury:1. Populates the company's consolidated actual and forecasted cash flow; analyses past trends and strategizes future spending. 2. Plans and manages repatriation in the form of dividend, shareholders loans, or management fees from all eight footprints which includes but not limited to understanding the intricate regulatory processes and withholding tax impact. 3. Strategizes on how to maximise interest income through exploring available products in the market such as Asset Management Funds, FDs, and MMDs.4. Produces half yearly report on consolidated forex exposure for the Group and studies whether hedging is required in all eight footprints.5. Performs forex conversion as and when required.Funding:1. Negotiates on funding requirements with banks from planning, RFP, negotiation, execution of documents and eventual drawdown. 2. Reviews loan documents such as financial agreements, security agreements, and other agreement in relation to the facility to ensure that the company's interest is protected and covenants could be met. 3. Provides support for the company's fundraising activities for subsidiaries. 4. Provides support and advice for due diligence on M&As from finance perspective. Plans and manages short term loan drawdowns and repayments to ensure the company has sufficient cash balance whilst minimizing interest expense. 5. Drafts and/or reviews finance-related board papers across Group. Monitors financial covenants for Group/Subsidiaries.
