Inside Turn is a coxswain consultancy that offers support for collegiate recruitment and everything needed from the coxswain seat to be successful both on and off of the water. With a focus on skills, technique, and leadership values, this curriculum will help coxswains achieve their goals, as well as take their careers to the next level.As a recently retired NCAA and USA U23 World Champion coxswain, Izzi is excited to provide guidance into coxing from her first-hand experience. ​Inside Turn's services are designed to help developing coxswains reach their full potential, and to help advance them to the next stage of their rowing careers.

Selected to attend U23 National Team selection camp, and was chosen to compete at the U23 World Rowing Championships representing team USA in 2018 and 2019. Placed 1st in the Women's 4+ at the 2018 World Rowing Championships. Raced at the 2019 U23 Rowing World Championship for the USA and placed 3rd in the Women's 8+.
