My architectural skills boomed here as i am exposed to work in any situation from basic property/market analysis,project management,technical coordinator,dealing with authorities & consultants until Approvals within the stipulated timeline. Rumah Idaman MBI(highrises) Cahaya Alam,Puchong,BSP,Cybersouth- draft project brief,Design developement up to submission untill Authority Approval,Project implementation,lead Client consultants meeting etc2. Service Apartments at Cybersouth - Project implementation,attending CCM,Site Meeting, Site walk, reviewing and recording rfa/rfi,rectificication any issues rises by consultants, coordination with management for Signed Off items,materials etc.- Basic analysis and exposed to new land study including market property study, layout drafting,mass design, and being some part of the team for feasibility study- Liaise with authorities and consultants from design dev,submission,and confirmation stage untill Approval.- Internal coordination with Marketing Dept, S&P, Building Plan & Tender drawing checking, Architect,C&S, M&E, and shop drawings.- Liaise with contractor & suppliers team on site.- Involved in the early stage of design & technical coordination phase (KM & BP).- Involved in early construction, CCC up to VP phase for high rise project.- Taking part in structural design,loading,piling type checking and costing.
