Progressing through my career, I now work at IAG Cargo as the Internal Communications Lead. I am an organised, dedicated and confident person who constantly wants to be pushed out of my comfort zone. I gained my confidence from my years of dancing, singing and acting where I performed in dance shows and school productions. I grew a passion for it from a young age. Over the years I have been able to develop my leadership and organisational skills through leading many work, school and dance events. Previously being at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort as the Guest Experience Co-ordinator. It was an exciting role which has given me great insight in the underlining work that takes place with the Leisure and Tourism industry. Primarily focusing on the Contact Centre and Colleague Engagement, I have developed a great understanding of the Guest Excellence department.After two years, I have completed an Apprenticeship with British Airways and gained an understanding of a variety of areas in the business. I also was able to develop my understanding of the operational sector. I achieved my Level 4 Business Administration Qualification which has given me an insight into both the strategical and physical side of the business. Working in departments across the business such as: In Flight Customer Experience, Business Effectiveness, Community Investment and Customer Relations.
