My main focus in this role is to lead the development of Chiltern's training offer. This involves identifying skills/knowledge gaps and devising appropriate training opportunities for a variety of sectors as well as our own team. I co-ordinate content creation (including materials, presentations and resources) of external and internal training and provide the full administrative process for external training bookings, including liaising with providers and partners as well as participants. I lead on the promotion of our training programme, workshops and key events.I support the fundraising work at Chiltern through leading on certain grant applications and fundraising campaigns. I am also responsible for supporting our donor network. Additionally, I hold the volunteer coordinator and placements coordinator roles.Since November 2022 I have also held the leadership role of Advance Link, communicating key information between the Advance Circle which focuses on business development and income generation, and our Anchor Circle which holds our vision and company strategy. I undertook the company secretarial support for the Association of British School Overseas (a membership association of schools accredited by the DfE as British Schools Overseas) and assisted in raising the profile of the association, and planning and hosting their annual conference.
