My name is Izzy McAdams. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of Oklahoma. I am currently employed by Northwest ISD as a substitute teacher, however my career plan is to focus in Hospital Administration. As far as work experience goes, my background has been working as a dance teacher and a summer school teacher. These experiences have taught me how to manage a group of people as well as many basic skills such as time management, leadership, and effective communication. I have been able to use these skills in business as I have competed nationally in a marketing, business plan, and trade show competition and I have completed certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist, and Adobe PowerPoint.
