I currently work part-time at H.Samuel’s part time whilst studying for my A-levels; this job involves connecting with customers on a personal level, getting to know what they are specifically looking for and the occasion they are buying for whilst also aiming for personal store targets set. I have also helped in the marketing side of the business, designing sale posters to entice new customers that pass.

Over the Christmas period, on a temporary contract, I spent 4 months working for Victoria’s Secret engaging with customers, offering assistance regarding sizing, recommendations and stock checks. This role also required me to work the tills, complete overnight shifts in the stock room, personal bra fittings and ensuring the shop floor was well organised and presentable that sometimes left to working overtime. This allowed me to develop my retail assistance even more, where I had to manage sale rooms efficiently and deal with countless customers.
