-Oversee all theater operations, budgets, venue calendar; facilitate all events from talent identification, contract negotiation with agents, promoters and renters, contract execution and settlement. -Set ticket prices and scaling for all events -Supervise and lead all theater operations departments including stage personnel, box office, concessions and bar, security, front of house, facilities and event manager. -Support and guide marketing strategy to maximize sales and institutional awareness in the community. -Support Development team to ensure successful execution of special events, galas, and maintain positive relations with supporters. -Manage market research initiatives to assess customer experience and interest in key aspects of the theater’s offerings and community positioning. -Creator and Producer of Appetite™ Culinary Festival, featuring celebrity chefs, demos, and workshops. -Curate and program monthly film series of first run, independent, documentary, animated, and classic films. -Lead ongoing organization-wide training sessions regarding ADA sensitivity, safety and customer service.
