• Coordinate the solution of any issue appeared to the supplier to reduce the delivery delay jeopardy by assuring all quality standards applied to the projects.
• To report to the customer the overall situation of all purchase orders from the launch of the PO to the delivery on site.

• Managing the supply chain and all material inlet and outlet to improve the delivery lead time and to reduce stock. Reporting to the Plant Manager and to the Group Logistics Manager in Italy.
• Change warehouse layout, storage system and picking by applying concepts of lean manufacturing and visual factory to improve service levels, increase turnover and reduce obsolete material.
• Coordinate the supply of the full portafolio of products produced in Italy by the main factory.
• Define the information flow to the supply chain, production and warehouse to assure that the supplier knows its customer needs anytime and to reduce delivery lead time.

• Define and implement a data capture system at the shop.

• Managing all the material inlet and outlet as well as planning the furnace, 630 tons per day, and cells: laminate and matting. Reporting to the Plant Manager with a team 6.
• Change store configuration, storage system and picking by applying concepts of lean manufacturing and visual factory to improve service levels, increase turnover and reduce obsolete material.
• Coordinate the movement of 1400 tons per month of glass from other Guardian Plants of Europe and the United States for internal consumption.
• Manage the hiring of an average of 40 trucks a day to European destinations and containers for other continents.
• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts in Bascharage and Dudelange Plants in Luxembourg.

• Increase ITP introduction of GE engines by getting the first contract where ITP get responsibilities in design and manufacture of a complete module GE turbine.

Munich Area, Germany

• Leading international groups of modules, engine assembly and testing for EUROFIGHTER Program composed of representatives of the four companies of the Consortium: Rolls-Royce, MTU AVIO and ITP. Reporting to the ITP.
• Manage all requirements, transportation and delivery of all necessary materials for the turbine between the four companies.
• Coordinate and analyze the quality problems appeared during the assembly and testing of the engine in the four companies to reduce engine delivery time from 20 to 12 weeks.
