- Comissioned and operational lead for a 6 megawatt L-band (200 and 800 MHz) high-power RF operational facility consisting of multiple RF travelling wave structures powered by Tetrodes, Inductive Output Tubes (IOTs) and Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs).- Designed high power RF matching and combination networks (Microwave Office AWR, CST MWS, CATIA and Python), leading manufacture, installation and commissioning in operational facility.- Installtions executed to strict plans to minimise costly downtime.- Managed RF test equipment for high power RF section (VNAs, power sensors, calibration kits, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, signal generators).- RF conditioning of superconduting RF resonant cavities (400 MHz) with extremely high Q-factors (1E9) with 80 kW IOTs (modulated and CW)- Developed a Python-based fault statistics dashboard with numpy, pandas, seaborn, databases, and APIs, enabling fault tracking, upgrade planning, and predictive analysis to prevent downtime and reduce costs- Appointed as Deputy Work Package Leader for RF passive antenna work package in a prominent multi-billion-dollar international project (Future Circular Collider at CERN)- Contributed as a reviewer for respected international journals (Physical Review)- Collaborated with large RF companies to refine electromagnetic design of several L-band antennas (DC-2.1 GHz) resulting in units which could be mass-manufactured, tested and qualified by third parties.
