The nonprofit sector is an important resource within our communities that helps connect individuals with the care they need. I am a strategic and collaborative executive leader with a proven track record of optimizing operations, educating teams, and creating success in the nonprofit sector and across industries. I apply my entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset to not only remove existing limitations and instill growth cultures, but to also help turn around underperforming programs and organizations. In my current role as executive director at LINKS Resource Center, I focus on building trusted relationships and community partnerships to meet the needs of aging and disabled communities and position individuals for success despite adversity.
