I currently hold the position of Administrative Director at Walmart, and my major is operations management and supervision. In my previous education, I studied for a master's degree at Yale University, specializing in operations management and supervision. I interned at SC Johnson & Johnson and also worked at Boston Scientific.During my internship at SC Johnson & Johnson, I was responsible for assisting the operations management team in developing and executing internal operations strategies. I have been involved in projects to improve company operating processes and work with teams to ensure efficient and economical operational results.I then joined Boston Scientific in an operations management role. In this role, I oversee manufacturing and supply chain processes and manage the team to ensure goals are achieved. I successfully improved the performance of the production and supply chain departments by optimizing processes and increasing efficiency.Now, in my position as Director of Administration at Walmart, I am responsible for managing the administrative department and working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of company operations. I communicate with senior management and coordinate cooperation between various departments while leading the team to ensure the effective operation of the team. I am responsible for developing and executing executive strategies to support the company's growth goals.
